Today Daniel would have been 10 years old. We wonder what he would be like as a 10-year-old? Would he have played music and football like his older brother? Would he still be into cars? Maybe not matchbox cars but something else? Would he be a good student like his mom? What would he look like? These are questions we will never know the answer to.

We can see that his older brother misses him but he is starting to forget what it is like to have a younger brother. We knew this would happen someday. We were just not expecting it quite so soon.

I guess the question we ask is, what can we do to prevent another family from living this horrible nightmare we call life? We can end cancer! Maybe not in our lifetime, but maybe someday.

In honor of Daniel’s 10 birthday, please donate $10 to fight Neuroblastoma and ask your friends on social media or in person to donate. For some families 10 dollars is a lot of money and we understand that things cost a lot more lately so if you cannot afford to donate, please consider giving blood in Daniel Bustle’s name. I cannot begin to count how many pints of blood kids fighting cancer need.
