We have discovered that freezing my crispy 3.3 ounce Maldon flaked salted chocolate chip cookies, right after baking…become chewy when brought to room temperature. We can’t decide. Bake fresh crispy cookies daily? Or freeze a batch every couple of days so they are chewy?
