Something doesn't add up.
Shenandoah National Park continues to welcome more visitors every year...
So why are many downtown businesses seeing fewer people walk through their doors?
I dug into four years of local visitor data, compared it with conversations from Main Street businesses, and looked at what it might be telling us about tourism in Front Royal.
