This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and believes in the power of career exploration.

As a WBL Coordinator, you'll help students discover careers through internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and other hands on learning experiences. By building relationships with local businesses, educators, and families, you'll play a key role in preparing students for life after graduation while strengthening the connection between our schools and the community.

The ideal candidate is organized, self motivated, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about helping students build confidence as they transition from the classroom to the workforce.

Help a high school senior overcome the trepidation of a first job interview by helping with our Mock Interviews!

We are currently seeking professionals to assist with our autumn High School Senior Mock Interview Event that will be held at Blue Ridge Technical Center from November 17-19, 2026.

Mock interviews provide students with the opportunity to practice professional communication skills, answer common interview questions, and receive valuable feedback before entering the workforce, military, college, apprenticeships, or technical training programs.

We are especially looking for professionals working in:

🔹 Skilled Trades (Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Welding, Plumbing, Manufacturing, and related fields)
🔹 Health & Medical Careers
🔹 Engineering & Architecture
