Matt Cole with Fixed by Nick handyman services did an amazing job of presenting for Fixed by Nick at the McKinney Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday. Could not get a good picture of him scaling the 20 ft A-frame ladder in the meeting Hall due to my seating but you get the picture!

In the next chapter of "All handymen are not created equal", we feature a garage to pool door. Installed by a Home Depot contractor there are just so many things wrong.
Frame was never attached in many places so everything was pulling apart after less than 2 years.
They attempted to install the brick mold over a piece of the door frame with nail sticking out of the door frame therefore no possibility of the brick mold being able to mate with the door frame.
Super shotty job of covering nail holes and chips.
No part of the door frame or brick mold or threshold was ever caulked. This is a matter of the caulk breaking it was never done so it's been exposed to rain in the elements for 2 years. Going to have to replace some of the brick mold. Some of these pictures are after reattempts to attach the frame and brick mold.
In addition to never being caulked it was never painted! All of this on a 1.5 million dollar home.
