2. This is the tricky part where you can remotely turn on your pc from anywhere and not waste energy.
a. Find a guide for your bios/computer to be started from power on. You can find a guide to find your bios.
b. Get a smart plug (maybe a failsafe one) that will let you turn the computer on from anywhere
