Based in Phoenix, Brianda has continued to grow her career at CAF, moving from Assistant Manager to Property Manager, where she played a key role in strengthening on-site teams and driving performance. With six years of multifamily experience and prior roles with Avanti and CWS, she brings a strong foundation and a people-first approach to leadership.

Brianda is known for her clear communication, adaptability, and commitment to supporting others. She is passionate about helping teams succeed and creating positive experiences for both residents and employees.
