I don’t care what anyone tells you !!! Have a agent to represent you in ANY real estate transaction regardless if it’s a new construction 🚧 home. Most new construction builders do not suggest you get an outside inspector to do an inspection on your home on your behalf. I make it a mandatory obligation for my clients and if they do not proceed with the outside inspection I always make them signed documentation that they were informed.

Client had a NEW yes NEW construction home NO insulation in the entire attic! Who would have thought 😩🧐. Insulation protects your home 🏠 and assist in keeping the home at a balance temp. Your NOT a expert so be sure to hire a expert to work on your behalf. This would have been costly…. I’m sure no one would have been aware until after home warranty had expired.
