Twenty years into building this company, we took a step back to ask ourselves what actually drives the work we do every day.

We traveled to Chattanooga and partnered with Haley Rushing from The Purpose Institute. She interviewed our leaders, studied employee feedback, and read hundreds of customer reviews before guiding us through an intense workshop. At one point, she placed three purpose statements around the room and asked everyone to stand near the one that felt closest to the truth. People debated wording, challenged nuance, and physically moved across the room as their thinking evolved.

The pull toward one statement was undeniable. After two more weeks of refinement, we landed on six words: To deliver the messages that matter.
