Golden, crispy on the outside with that perfect runny yolk inside, topped with creamy crème fraîche and luxurious caviar. It's fancy. It's indulgent. It's absolutely worth it 🤤 Perfect for impressing guests or just making a regular Tuesday feel special! **Ingredients:** - 6 egg yolks - 3 cups bread crumbs - 1 tsp salt - ½ tsp pepper - ½ tsp paprika - 4 cup vegetable oil - 6 tsp creme fraiche - Caviar **Instructions:** - Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, paprika to a bowl and mix well. - Spread ½ the bread crumb mixture onto a 12x8 baking sheet. - Use the back of a spoon to make 6 indentations in the bread crumb mix. - Gently place each yolk on top of the breadcrumb mixture and then top with remaining bread crumb mixture. - Place in freezer until frozen solid. - Add oil to a 3 quart sauce pan and turn heat to medium-high. - Once oil reaches a frying temperature of 350F, drop yolks into the oil. If you don't have a thermometer, place a wooden toothpick in the oil, once bubbles are ready, it's time to start frying. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
