Me…in motion….Divinely de-hydrated (from fasting) yet up on the sane news in the world and hopeful. Also thrilled to be called upon to share a bit of my expertise. Running straight ahead like the fire horse (….that I am 😁)! What did y’all give up so you could run? Me first…I gave up any and all dead end relationships and anyone that didn’t show up for me in ways I know I show(ed) up for them. I also gave up on helping people heal while they were constantly trying to stab me. That’s not even half of what I gladly surrendered to love myself more….so, yea…what did y’all give up/surrender to prepare for this year?
