Impractical Sandwich

This is our newest . I’ll avoid the hard sell and just tell you what we did: we made an Italian Roll, marinated .bar.n.ranch Flank Steak with a garlic-lime marinade, grilled it, sliced it and put it on that Italian roll. To join it, we made pickled daikon and carrots and a chicken-cognac pate. It’s available tomorrow (Friday) from 11-1:30 at Impractical Sandwich. I’d guess we’ll probably have about 20 of them to sell, depending on how many I decide to eat :)
