Today we welcome Amy to our vAgency team. Amy is is currently working as a cold caller for one our our REI clients!

Amy has been an innovative professional with 8 years experience within the BPO industry and 6 years of progressive experience within the online sales industry and the skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential, and manage all aspects of daily business operations.

Proven ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures and standard processes. She is detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. She possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.

We are happy to have her a part of our team memebers.

It is always my favorite to watch the 🎥 first! While reading the book 📙 I can hear their voices and picture their faces so vividly! For me this makes it all the more enjoyable
