🌿 Did you know the story behind ElmWorks Offices?

Many know ElmWorks Offices as a modern space offering private office suites with all-inclusive amenities — but its history is just as remarkable.

Before transforming into the sleek, innovative workspace it is today, ElmWorks began as St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Frisco. As the St. Francis community grew, they built their beautiful new facility on Eldorado Parkway.

But the magic of the building didn’t end there. The community rallied together to support Frisco Family Services — originally known as Frisco Project for the Future — by helping them relocate into the former church.

With the dedication of countless volunteers and community leaders, Frisco Family Services expanded their mission, ultimately outgrowing the space and moving to their new building and resale store on Dogwood Street.

The history of this building is a reflection of Frisco itself — a place where faith, service, and innovation come together.

And this is only the beginning. As new construction unfolds along Main Street, Elm Street, and the 4th Street Plaza, the future of downtown Frisco is taking shape right before our eyes.

A full history of this special building is on our to-do list for the future — a tribute to the volunteers, leaders, and community members who made it a cornerstone of Frisco’s story.

At ElmWorks, we offer private executive office suites designed for professionals who value productivity and convenience. With 24/7 access to your private office, conference room, fully equipped kitchen, and more, you’ll have everything you need to stay focused. Even our coffee is outstanding!

Unlike co-working spaces, ElmWorks is not membership-driven. You won’t have constant visitors; instead, you’ll enjoy a quiet, professional environment in the heart of the The Rail District and with the Frisco Rail District Merchants. The area is full of activity, an upcoming new City of Frisco TX - City Hall plaza, which can be seen at https://www.friscotexas.gov/Facilities/Facility/Details/4th-Street-Plaza-128 and is directly across the street and numerous coffee, restaurants and desserts within walking distance.

Currently, we have one office available. Additionally, our flex-space garage, featuring heating, air conditioning, and a garage door, will be available starting February 1st. This is a rare find in the Rail District—a professional office with a view of the flex space!
