Great way to start the week with a beatdown at the Cage. Got a nice rain shower as we were doing some Jack Webbs at the end of the workout.

Had a solid turnout yesterday at the Cage with 13 PAX pushing themselves early in the morning. Great way to start the day.
Great group of guys that made it out this morning. For anyone interested in joining us, we meet Monday & Wednesday's from 5:30 to 6:15 am and Saturday's from 6:30 to 7:30 am at Stevenson Park (107 Shadwell Ln).
