The higher brain helps us see the big picture and get creative. It’s where we can notice the first automatic reaction of our lower brain, and decide if it’s the right option, or if we want to try something different. Our first reaction may be what has worked for us in the past but use your higher brain to understand that other perceptions can be right too.
