RIP Betty.

It is with a very heavy heart that we in the OHD family will take pause and honour our past President, and current Vice President, Betty Goertzen. We are sad to announce that she past away yesterday but happy that it was done so peacefully. We know that she has touched so many lives in the OHD family and in so many ways. She has hosted so many dinners, events, meetings, programs, and even families who needed a place to stay, in her home. She loved each and every person who came to OHD and took us all in as her own. We would not be where we are at today with out, “Mrs. Betty” and she will forever be with us in our hearts. May she rest in peace until the day she was most eager for, her Heavenly Fathers return. We will always love you Mrs. Betty and you will never be forgotten! Your light will always shine bright in those you touched in so many wonderful and heartfelt ways.
