We made it to Friday!!! And a bonus 3 day weekend...what are you going to do to keep your body active and burn some extra calories over the weekend? I'm definitely going to the Spartan training on Saturday at 6:30am at Fig Garden Loop Park you all are welcome to join. Plus I think my pup needs a little extra love so my husband and I are going to to take her to Woodward Park thats one of her local happy places!!!!
