Dr. Nelson Dibie
~Human Relations

Dr. Nelson Dibie received his master’s degree from Indiana State University, and his doctorate degree from Walden University in Public Policy and Administration. He strongly believes in the training and development of his associates to prepare them for the leadership of tomorrow. He ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
