Mexican comfort food at its finest! Cuca's has been in downtown Fresno for over 42 years, now that is saying something. I had the egg and we**ie breakfast with chile colorado sauce covering the eggs. The breakfast options range from chile verde to Machaca to spam and eggs. These breakfast plates will definitely start your day off on the right foot.
