As a new practitioner in the area, I was talking to someone yesterday who asked about my counseling services. I have over 7 years of experience as a bilingual therapist in Costa Rica and am currently an MFT intern here in California. I have worked with individuals and couples around issues of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, wellness and more.
