Helm Building
The Helm building (originally named the Griffith-Mckenzie building), was built in 1914 and was Fresno's very first skyscraper. The ornate, ten-story structure was, for a time, the tallest building in California and was upgraded with new air conditioning and elevators in 1936 by its new owner, Frank M.
