Here’s a piece I created today at the Ontario Culture Fest. It’s an assemblage of various interesting objects on a wooden board. Our exercise was to use our creative skills and arrange these objects in an interesting way.

I was inspired by recent events in my life dealing with my identity, love and being a woman. I arranged the pieces in a way to show the various stages of a woman’s heart and mind in a relationship.

I’ve been in a creative block for the past year or so, due to moving and changes in my life. Working on this project and attending both the Ontario Culture Fest and Art Walk, ignited a spark for my love of art. I hope to create more spontaneous art in the future, and I encourage you to try them out as well. 👍🏼

Today is and I’ve recently created this black and white mandala sticker collection. It features my 2019/2020 mandala illustrations that I then converted into black and white. I’m currently working on getting it uploaded to my shop, so keep an eye out for its official launch!
Which one is your favorite? 🤔

Today is and I wanted to highlight the beautiful Blue and Yellow Macaw. Originating from South America, the Blue and Yellow Macaw is known for its amazing gradient hues and is a popular pet. Although they are not endangered, their population is decreasing due to habitat destruction and capture for use as pets.
I photographed this beauty in 2015 for a school project. We had to create signage mockups for the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. I wanted to emphasize the colors and textures of the Blue and Yellow Macaw’s habitat.
