Alrighty here it is…no filters 😬😳 Day 5 of 75. This round of is not easy especially bc there’s so much fun to be had but I felt compelled to do this and I don’t question my intuition. I needed to refocus on some things I want. Long term gratification over short term right? 🙏🏽

I’ll share again in a week, let’s see what results we get by then.

I follow my specific macros & I’m in a maintenance phase currently.
I plan to cut this time around , so I’ll slowly be going into a deficit.

My training is a mix of bodybuilding, HIIT Conditioning, mobility, yoga, jump rope, walking & running for my upcoming marathon.

Do you ever feel like you just have to do something? Well, I heard something yesterday about being transparent, open, honest, real and it registered. I’m always this way or always striving to do so. It’s important because it helps others.
Again, I share my journey & experiences with you, having only one intention. To give HOPE! I want nothing in return but to reach someone that needs this.
You are not crazy for wanting more for yourself. You are not crazy for wanting to recreate yourself. You are not crazy for going for it!
I hope you start today, in the next moment to make a change in your situation. That’s all it takes, one step, then another and another.. before you know it, you’re running.. towards the continuous rewards that will begin to come your way.

BTW I’m more than my physical transformation but it is something that I can use to touch others and I will until it doesn’t feel that way any longer.
