We regret to inform you that LimeNBasil & TeaZona will be closing its doors permanently as of 04/28/2025. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes after careful consideration of economic and personal challenges.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and patronage over the past 5 years. It has been our pleasure to serve you and be a part of this community. We cherish the memories we’ve created together and will miss our wonderful customers.

✨VIETNAMESE COFFEE is known for its strong flavor and unique brewing method. Typically made using a drip filter called a "phin," it involves coarsely ground dark roast coffee, often mixed with sweetened condensed milk. The brewing process is slow, allowing the coffee to drip into the glass below, which creates a rich and bold taste.

✨TeaZona’s VIETNAMESE COFFEE made from “phin” dripped coffee as described, mixed with condensed milk, organic milk, top with cheese foam (optional).

✨ We also serve the “phin” dripped coffee as Iced coffee with added flavor such as: vanilla, caramel, hazelnuts, sugar free options, etc…

✨ One of our special is TIGER COFFEE which is “phin” dripped coffee serve with organic milk and made-in-house brown sugar sauce that cooked from scratch.
