Mini Hayes is so excited for a new playground to romp around! The City of Fremont has partnered with the Fremont Kiwanis Club to build an inclusive playground in Rodger Young Park this summer!

Mini Hayes is excited for construction season because that also means it is CRA season! What is the CRA you ask?! It is the Community Reinvestment Area, which is a property tax exemption for property owners who renovate existing or build new construction.🏠🔨
