Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required. Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff/faculty.

Job Description
Experience in setting up CI-CD pipelines using Jenkins, Test /Deployment/ Release Automation experience, and Environment Provisioning.
Experience with Config management (. Puppet / Chef / Ansible).
Experience with GitOps and Container Orchestration tools (ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in managing and maintaining servers in production environment hosting critical applications with high availability.
Experience in system administration tasks in Linux, Unix, or Windows, with familiarity with standard IT security practices.
Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).
Understanding of Agile methodology and good communication skills.
Experience in managing and maintaining monitoring tools (Graphana, Prometheus)
