We recently were sent an amazing sauce made with sun dried New Mexico red chili pods from our friends . The same great people we get our hatch green chilis from. We braised chicken in it until it was melt in your mouth tender and made these tacos. Along with the chicken we added our pickled cabbage, roasted jalapeño sauce, some green onion and put it all on crispy and chewy flour tortillas with melted Chihuahua cheese. These are addictive…we’ll have these on until they sell out but I’m sure will be making again soon.

Starting this Sunday and all Summer long we will be open until 8pm!!

$8 marg specials all day…strawberry jalapeño, pineapple mango and house naked margarita! We have a bunch of fun specials too…tacos tacos tacos, taco salad, gorditas, and nachos. Try them all with either our house pork green chili, guajillo chicken or seasoned taco beef.

We have a couple specials running this weekend. One is spicy and one is 🔥. Try them both this weekend!
