Offering adult and youth programming to the Durham, Pownal and Freeport community, including sports, day and after school care, and other enrichment opportunities. Community Programs develops and runs the Adult Education (high school diploma, college transitions and English as a second language classes), Adult Lifelong Enrichment, Youth and Adult Recreation, Laugh & Learn Preschool, Before & After Care, and the PORT Teen Center in RSU5 communities of Durham, Freeport and Pownal, Maine.

We've made a ton of improvements at the disc golf course this spring, and can't wait for you to see them. Updated signage and new tee boxes are the headliners. What are you waiting for??

What a fantastic day we had last week with our friends from Stone Coast Fund Services in Portland! We hauled and chipped brush, installed new course signage, and installed tee boxes - a highly requested upgrade to our course playability. Thank you, Stone Coast! We hope the community will come out to play on the Freeport Fairgrounds Disc Golf Course, which will get better and better each season. You can find our course on UDisc.
