Gear Clean

I was cleaning out the shop tonight and I ran across this Size 81 maroon SmartPak sheet. Not sure how long it has been buried under old Jeep parts and I cannot remember why I folded it up and ser it aside! Anyone recognize this? In great shape but I would need to wash it again. I believe at the time this came in, customer did not want it any longer. I cleaned it and tucked it away... best my memory can gather.
