Step into a leadership role where every shift counts.

Matern Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a perimeter barrier engineering and manufacturing facility in Spotsylvania, VA. In this contract-to-hire role, you'll oversee shift operations, support production goals, coach employees, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Pay: $28–$29/hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
