MITC is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and located in Frederick, Maryland, this role is for you. Entry-level candidates are welcome 👋

What your day-to-day would look like:
✔️ Be the first point of contact for customers and general inquiries
✔️ Process orders, including invoices, contracts, and shipments
✔️ Schedule meetings and follow-ups with customers
✔️ Create reports and support day-to-day administrative tasks

💰Compensation & Benefits
$40K–$60K, 100% company-paid medical, 401K match, vacation, holidays, and more!

📍This position is a full-time, in-office role based out of MITC’s office in Frederick, MD. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
