We currently work with adults and teens 16 years or older. We run a full schedule and variety of classes. We are open seven (7) days a week and yes, we have showers!!!

A little late... but definitely worth celebrating! 🎉
A couple of weeks ago our members took on "The Machine" challenge:

With vacation schedules in full swing, we missed announcing our winners—but better late than never!
