This week we have a couple of DELICIOUS entrees. Chicken and Dumplings are made in very different ways across the country. This is my Granny’s way of making it (in North Carolina). I have made it all my life, and I think it is the best…it really sticks to your ribs! Sorry in advance for the price of the pot roast…beef is SO expensive right now!!
Pot Roast $15
Slow-braised beef chuck, tender and flavorful, simmered with carrots, onions, and rich brown gravy until melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Served with a warm, flaky buttermilk biscuit for the perfect Southern touch.
Chicken and Dumplings $14
A comforting classic featuring slow-stewed tender chicken simmered in a rich, creamy broth with soft, pillowy dumplings. Served alongside a side of butter-glazed carrots for a touch of Southern sweetness.

Large shrimp sauted in butter, herbs, Parm Reggiano and white wine over a bed of Orzo. Served with tomato casserole, Southern green beans and a mini croissant…super yum!
Pork Schnitzel $14
Local favorite classic schnitzel with mustard sauce. Served with hot German potatoes, purple cabbage slaw, and a mini croissant.
Large/Small Salad $10/$5
Bed of Iceberg and Romaine lettuce with cuke, tomato, carrot and choice of several house made dressings. Large salad includes chicken and cheese
