Structural Building Solutions Acquires NZ Cramer & Son!!

We are thrilled to announce that Structural Building Solutions has officially acquired NZ Cramer & Son, a cornerstone of the Woodsboro, MD community since 1890. With over 130 years of experience in the lumber and building materials industry, NZ Cramer has built a legacy of quality, trust, and service that we are proud to carry forward.

This acquisition marks a new chapter for both of our companies as we unite to provide even greater service and expanded offerings to our customers in Maryland and beyond. NZ Cramer’s rich history and deep local roots align perfectly with our mission to deliver excellence in every project.

We are thrilled to share that we have officially acquired East Coast Components, a leading roof truss plant based in South Carolina!

This acquisition is a significant milestone for us, expanding our capabilities and enhancing our presence in key markets including Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Columbia, and Greenville. The addition of East Coast Components will:
