ROOT Frederick

ROOT is an ecosystem that fosters the creation and expansion of business in Frederick County. The goal is to create jobs, grow our tax base, and build a support network of businesses to help each other succeed. Located at 118 N. Market Street, ROOT is home to the Frederick County Office of Economic Development (OED), Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc. (FITCI), Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and other education and economic development partners.
