Showing up day in and day out, especially as the weather gets warmer and the busy summer schedules kick in, proves your dedication to the "Humble Approach" and moving the dirt.

Building a habit takes effort, but keeping a streak alive takes grit. Whether this is your first month hitting your class goal or youโ€™ve been on this list since January, you are leading from the front and setting the standard for the entire Tribe.

Last Saturday, we came together to take on one of CrossFitโ€™s most meaningful traditions: Murph.

Whether it was your first time tackling the reps or your 10th year on the floor, the energy was undeniable. Murph is more than just a workout; itโ€™s a tribute and a true test of grit. At ODIN, our mantra is Do Hard Things, and itโ€™s days like this that build our character. We put our heads down, remembered the why, and moved the dirt together.

Once the final time cap hit, we celebrated the best way we know how: an epic potluck BBQ with the community.

To every member, friend, and family who showed up, thank you. You are the absolute heart of this gym.
