Costar Richmond Virginia phase #1 completed last night. This job site is packed with other trades, materials and lots of coordination getting materials inside. Our team prepped, primed and poured an average of 2” of .sika Moisture Mitigation SLU. This floor had to meet strict floor tolerance to meet up with the ceramic tile and meet the floor tolerances to install wood flooring throughout. Detailed floor surveys and pin setting required to get this floor where it needed to be. We’re starting phase #2 tonight.
