Precision & Flow Pilates

Great class for a great cause!

Join me for Pilates class and help me raise money for Parkinson’s disease research. I will be teaching at Superfoods Cafe on Main Street in Mount Airy, this Friday, August 4th at 4 pm. This class will help you find your core muscles, build strength and stretch for better posture.🤗 Suggested Donation amount is $15, you can pay more and you can pay less.
