Today we inspected a home in the middle of closing. The buyer’s excited, seller’s sweating cause a real roofer cameout this time. Everyone’s dreaming of new keys and new roof.

A lonely little tripod still posed like it's waiting for its close-up, and a classic roofing snake tool abandoned right there on the shingles. 😭

Clearly, some poor soul tried years ago to push an insurance claim through and it didn't work. Roof stayed denied, tools got left behind. I'm genuinely surprised the roofer never came back for their gear, unless that was the final straw that broke the camel's back and sent him straight to selling insurance instead.

This has what insurace carrier name all over it ?
