A little Thursday after work project. I’m tired of looking at these dried up vines on my beautiful carriage house masonry!

We are excited to share that today, after two years in the making, our application for the National Register of Historic Places has been approved by the Maryland Historic Trust’s Governor’s Consulting Committee!

We couldn’t have done it without the help of so many people who contributed their time and expertise to our 108 page document!

Next stop: The National Park Service! (assuming it’s still there)

And by the way - the outdoor aconite carpet has emerged to let us know that yes indeed - Spring is coming!!
