We’re proud to welcome Maryland Oncology Hematology to their new 16,083 square foot home on the second floor of 112 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, Maryland.

One of 17 locations in the Maryland and D.C. area, their team of physicians, nurses and clinical staff will provide comprehensive oncology and hematology services—including medical oncology and infusion therapy—to patients in our community.

We’re thrilled to have them join this robust campus offering a broad spectrum of medical services. The last 8,000 available square feet are ready for negotiation on the second floor.

Opportunities to establish or expand medical practices will continue with the development of a third building on the Governors Place campus at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. Stay tuned for more on this project scheduled to arrive in early 2028!

DMV Allergy and Asthma Center is now open at 112 Thomas Johnson Drive on the second floor. Dr. Paul Keiser, board certified allergist; Michaela Kordell, PA; Dr. Pravan Nataraj, medical director; and team will provide comprehensive treatments including allergy shots; drug, environmental and food allergy testing; anaphylaxis management; pulmonary function testing; skin testing and sinus CT scans. The practice also has locations in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Florida.

112 Thomas Johnson leased up quickly with Forefront Dermatology and Reddy to Smile Orthodontics opening in early 2025. Maryland Vision Institute’s clinical office also opened in January 2026 and their second surgical suite will open this spring. They will be joined by two more medical tenants in March.

The building’s remaining 8,000 square feet remain under negotiation on the second floor. Opportunities to establish or expand medical practices will continue with the development of a third building on the Governors Place campus at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive.
