Lately, I’ve found myself thinking about the invisible cord that connects us to our mothers. How before we ever took our first breath, we were held within them. How even after they’re gone, we still carry them with us..their stories, their strengths, their wounds, their love.

As Rachel and I prepare for this evening centered around womb healing and feminine wisdom, I can’t help but feel the deeper meaning of it all.

The womb is our first home. A place of creation, intuition, memory, and lineage. A place where our connection to our mothers begins.

Rooted Woman was planned long before any of this happened, yet somehow the timing feels divinely orchestrated. In a season where I am grieving my mother, I am also being called to honor that connection, to tend to my roots, and to remember the women who came before me.

Together, we’ll gather in the greenhouse for an evening of herbal medicine making, self-massage, breathwork, movement, ceremony, and community. A slow, grounded, and nourishing space to reconnect with ourselves and the wisdom held within our bodies.

Healing doesn’t always ask us to move on.

Sometimes it simply asks us
to come home to ourselves.
