Jake from the Deluxe team was proud to represent Deluxe at the Fraser High School Job Fair yesterday alongside 33 local businesses. It was especially meaningful to take part in an event right here in Fraser, where our facility is located, and to connect with students in our local community.

We also enjoyed sharing a table with our industry partner, JVIS, while talking with students about our business, career paths, and opportunities within our industry. Jake even created 3D-printed keychains featuring the Fraser HS logo for students who stopped by our table. It was a pleasure to be part of an event that helps students explore their future.

The last service we'd like to highlight is the final step: Finishing, Packaging, and Delivery.

Day 1 of Industry Days at the Detroit Auto Show is off to a strong start!

JVIS is showcasing the JVIS Interior Tech Demo 1.0 in our hospitality suite at the Detroit Auto Show This integrated proof-of-concept highlights select electrical, lighting, and decorative interior technologies, including a demo of our CoreHeat® and CoreVent™ Seat Comfort Solutions.

Innovation is never built alone… We extend our thanks to Deluxe Technologies for helping bring the prototype to life and making our vision their mission, and to Oakland University High Performance Embedded Systems Lab for developing our app and collaborating closely with our electrical engineering team.

This project reflects the power of industry and academia working together to move ideas forward. This is just the beginning, with additional enhancements and technologies to come.

As we continue to highlight our services, next up is Validation: Measuring and Scanning.

Validation is a key part of ensuring quality and precision in everything we produce. Using advanced equipment, we inspect models, parts, tools, and trim edges with high-accuracy scanning technology to make sure every detail meets the strictest tolerances. Our process includes generating precise CMM reports that enhance efficiency and streamline project validation.

We also leverage 3D point scanning to support reverse engineering, allowing us to capture detailed, high-resolution data from existing parts and models. This capability helps us quickly recreate or improve designs as needed.
