Sandy has been a family friend for a long time, so when she called about a critter causing trouble on her 24-year-old roof, we wanted to make sure she was taken care of.

Christine got Matt out there quickly to look at the damage, and we had the crew on-site within the week. It wasn't just a simple shingle job, we had to replace some bad wood on the house and garage to make sure the foundation was solid before the new roof went on.

I'm really proud of how the team handled this one. From Christine keeping things moving to Matt and Jim doing the final walkthrough, it’s all about making sure our neighbors feel heard and respected.
