Our Franklin Allstate agency is looking to hire full-time Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities will include working with existing clients to review policy coverages and expose any potential gaps. Make changes to policies, take payments, follow up on client requests and assist with day to day tasks. An insurance license is required but we will assist with the training.
