MasterTax

MasterTax is a seasonal local income tax preparation company based in the Hales Corners area. We are looking an individual who can work as our in-office administrator.
The shift runs from 08:30 – 16:30 M-Th, 08:30 – 17:00 on Fridays. The position will run until mid-April.
Duties include:

1. Answer phones
2. Call clients when necessary
3. Monitor and answer e-mails
4. Greet clients when they arrive
5. Schedule or reschedule appointments
6. Maintain the client information drop-off log
7. Assorted filing
8. Assist with collecting client payment when returns are picked-up
9. Prepare the client folders for the next day’s schedule (PM only)

It's hard to believe, but we're already at the half-way point in the season. We're still taking appointments and slots are filling up.

One of the changes you'll see this year is that we've expanded the parking area in the driveway. We encourage everyone to please use that area to park in as we are trying to avoid parking on the roadside as much as possible. Thanks very much!
