Federal funding is critical to ensuring survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault can access lifesaving services and support. Funding delays have real and immediate consequences for survivors and the programs they depend on. Call or email your congressman and ask that they urge the DOJ and HHS to immediately publish NOFOs and expedite the release of congressionally appropriated funds. Survivors can’t wait.

This work can be heavy, and taking time to care for ourselves is essential. From candle-making and massages to a fun outing at Activate Games, staff had space to relax and recharge. We closed the day by coming back together to share a meal and reconnect as a team.
