Delicious chicken breast!!!!
You need:
Plain Greek yogurt
Chicken breast
Salt, pepper
Spinach
Pineapple rings
Shredded mozzarella
Cut skinny pieces of chicken, add salt and pepper, make thin layer of greek yogurt, add spinach and next layer pineapple rings, cover with cheese. Bake first under metal paper and then open and bake until cheese gets gold color.

All natural Cookie and cream protein bar:
2 cups oatmeal flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup protein powder
2 chocolate cookies
(Used 1 oreo cookie)
1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
Put on the tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
8 bars, 1 serving: 245 cal.

If you have allergie for nuts, use soy butter.
1/3 almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oldfashioned oats (ground)
1tbsp. Coconut oil (melt )
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/4 cup small marshmallow

Lemon chia seed protein cookies🍪🍩
1 large egg
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 scoops vanilla protein
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp xantham gum
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp sweetner
😉☝You can skip xantham gum, it worked for me well without it.
12 cookies, baked on 325degrees for about 10 min.
