We are so honored to welcome Anique 🌹

Anique is a 200-hour Yoga Teacher with a background in Applied Behavioral Science and trauma-informed care.
Her work has been shaped by years of experience in a body-based mindfulness setting, as well as by her own learning to listen to and reconnect with the body. She integrates gentle movement, breath, and nervous system awareness to create a space that feels supportive, accessible, and safe to explore. Her classes are an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself without pressure or performance.

Outside of the studio, she values time in nature, continued learning, and meaningful connections with friends and family. As a mother and grandmother, she deeply understands the importance of creating space to come back to yourself amidst the fullness of life.

Hot Yoga at The Rooted Rose 🌹

The warmth can help support flexibility, encourages a gentle detox, and allow your body to soften a little deeper into each posture.

I know the heat can feel a little intimidating, but this class is very beginner friendly and always at your own pace.

You are encouraged to listen to your body. Anything done standing can be taken on your back, props are always welcome, and you can return to your breath at any time.

We work hard, we have fun, and you might just surprise yourself with what you can do ✨
